These are the principles that drive our daily decision making and inform our long-term strategic thinking.

Make fast decisions, take action and iterate – Fast decision-making is critical to our success and many decisions are reversible. Don’t be afraid of making assumptions, running experiments to see if your ideas are correct, collecting data and evidence, and then iterating to make your ideas better.

Take ownership– Take ownership of the work you do and take initiative on projects that benefit the entire company. Think of ways to create value for the customer, the Orbiseed team and the company.

Think big and think why– No task we do is “just part of the job”. Think in terms of the big picture to understand what it means and why it is important. Ask yourself how you can do it better. Create solutions that bring long-term value and are scalable.

Insist on the highest standards– We hold ourselves to the highest standards possible and even if these seem unreasonably high, they force us to raise the bar on ourselves to deliver only the highest quality products, services, and experience. This ensures that defects and problems are fixed as soon as possible and don’t get passed on to our customers, partners, or the next team member in line.

Be Human-centric obsessed– The work that we do should always benefit another person, whether it’s the customer, the user, another team member or society at large. Always think from the other person’s perspective and how you exceed their expectations.

Build trust through effective communication– Relationships are built on trust. This means treating everyone with respect and integrity. Collaborate through open discussions and positive interactions. Work together to find solutions instead of blaming others.


Be curious and seek new perspectives– Everyone brings a unique perspective. Others may offer a different solution than you. Do not be afraid to have your perspective challenged and actively seek out different ideas.
